Key Accounts Manager

Qualifications:

• Sales Experience with proven record of success.
• Strong people interaction skills & experience.
• Strong computer & communication skills (oral & written).
• Sufficiently mobile, flexible and willing to travel.
• Demonstrated aggressive / competitive nature (self-driven, results oriented)
• Concentrate on high quality and business profit.
• Natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance.
• Reliable and determined.
• Works well with others and can be a team player.
• Farm background / machinery background strongly preferred.
• Pump or fuel systems experience a plus.

Job Descriptions:

Primary responsibility is to plan and prioritize direct sales activities and customer/prospect contact toward achieving agreed business goals – especially managing personal time and productivity. Must plan and manage personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy. Must be able to maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction. Must be able to communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. Key Accounts Manager will coordinate with and report directly to Regional Sales Manager.

Travel required: 40% + Base Salary plus monthly bonus and sales growth bonus.

Senior Design Engineer

Candidate will work with a product sponsor and be responsible for concept, design, testing and product launch. Candidate should have BS in Agricultural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of mechanical product design experience; submersible pump/motor experience would be beneficial. Candidate should have excellent analytical and computer skills and be able to work with multi-discipline teams. Proficient with CAD tools such as Autodesk Inventor.

Design Engineer

Candidate to develop new mechanical and electrical products. Candidate should have BS in Agricultural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of mechanical product design experience. Candidate should have excellent analytical and computer skills and be able to work with multi-discipline teams. Proficient with CAD tools such as Autodesk Inventor.
